Russell G. Kunze is a distinguished and dynamic leader with 25 years of experience serving in the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and the professional services sector. With a career spanning strategic and operational leadership, Mr. Kunze has consistently driven organizational excellence, advised C-suite executives, and developed policies that safeguard national security interests. His expertise includes intelligence analysis, risk management, and cybersecurity, making him a trusted advisor to senior federal leaders and consulting partners.

Since 2021, Mr. Kunze has served as a Senior Project Manager at Deloitte, where he has spearheaded risk management initiatives and operations improvement for the US Federal Government.

Throughout his distinguished military career, Mr. Kunze served in leadership roles within the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). He also advised on critical national security policies, ensuring operational readiness and compliance. Mr. Kunze’s global deployments and technical expertise give him a unique perspective on risk, defense strategy, and organizational transformation.

Currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, he also holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity Strategy and Information Management from the George Washington University.
