Chris Maguire
Chief Warrant Officer Four (Ret.) Christopher J. Maguire is a Solutions Architect for Clarity Innovations focused on clients within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Allied Forces. Chris joined Clarity Innovations in 2022 after serving nearly 24 years in the U.S. Army in various Signals Intelligence and Cyber leadership roles, including his last 10 years within Special Operations.
He enlisted as a Private in the U.S. Army in 1997. After tours in the 224th Military Intelligence Battalion in Savannah, Georgia, and the 66th Military Intelligence Group in Darmstadt, Germany, and achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant, he attended Warrant Officer Candidate School at Fort Rucker, Alabama, and was appointed as a 352C (Traffic Analysis Technician) Warrant Officer 1 on January 20th, 2005.
Upon appointment as a Warrant Officer, he was assigned to the 513th Military Intelligence Brigade where he deployed as part of Coalition Forces Land Component Command (CFLCC) and served as the Cryptologic Services Group Officer in Charge (OIC). Upon his return, he was assigned as the senior SIGINT analyst and deputy OIC for a Tactical Support Activity located at the National Security Agency / Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) – Georgia. He was then reassigned back to the 66th Military Intelligence Brigade, now re-located to Wiesbaden, Germany, where he was assigned as a Deputy Branch Chief within the European Security Center. Additionally, he was tasked with a short-notice deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) to Gao, Mali where he served as the OIC of the SIGINT force protection element for Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) 026, 1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group.
In 2011, he applied for and was accepted for assignment to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Over the next 10+ years, he served in various positions, including Analysis and Production Detachment OIC and Operations Officer for B Troop, Cyber Mission Manager deployed in support of four Regional Task Force Elements across four continents, and as the Senior SIGINT Advisor. In 2017, he was assigned to the Standards and Training Detachment where he helped to expand the unit assessment, training, and selection (ATS) program.
Chris resides in Baltimore, Maryland with his Wife, Kate, her two amazing children, Will and Johns, and his son, Nathanael.
